Brant Star Model: The Allensgate

The Allensgate has been one of our standard model homes for over 15 years, as the one floor bungalow plan with a main floor Laundry room has proved to be very popular. With 1275sq. ft. on the main floor, 2 bedrooms, 4 piece bathroom and main floor, full size laundry room, everything is located on one floor with no need to use the basement. The main floor Kitchen is at the rear of the home and has a patio door leading to a rear yard finished deck. A double garage and all brick construction provide a perfect alternative to a condominium.

The Allensgate plan comes standard with an HRV ventilation system, 95% efficiency furnace and full height basement insulation. All this provides a comfortable, family-health, whole home comfort built into every new home Brant Star builds.
