The Balmoral Plan has been our most popular plan for the past several years,as its floorplans and exterior elevations can be changed to suit any needs or desires. The Balmoral is a Raised Bungalow with 1,275Sq/ft in the main floor, can be built 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom and has an attached double garage. The mainfloor Kitchen is at the rear of the home and has a patio door leading to the rear yard finished deck. The lower area on a raised bungalow make the basement light and airy and suits a purchasers needs for extra room, with a finished rec room, a lower level bathroom and 2 large lowerlevel bedrooms/office or den.
