Brant Star Model: The Emily

One of four newest plans, the Emily has 1619 sq. ft. of finished main floor area, including the bonus loft bedroom/office above the garage featuring a vaulted ceiling. This 5 level Split Level has a separate dining room and an open concept great room, with a large kitchen featuring an island over looking the great room with comer gas fireplace and high 10' vaulted ceilings. Large double garden doors lead to finished rear yard deck. The Emily also features a main floor laundry room, large double closets in Master Bedroom with ensuite privileges to bathroom and a 2 car garage. The lower 2 levels provide a huge area for future finishing of a lower bathroom, large recroom and even 2 or 3 more lower area bedroom, office or den.
