When purchasing a Brant Star home, you are purchasing a homes that goes far beyond the Ontario Building Code standards for a energy efficiency and environmental. All new homes are EnerGuide for new homes tested and exceed the one-tonne challenge specs. Every new Brant Star home save 2 tonnes of greenhouse gas per year over a standard "code built" house. Standard features on single family homes include a 95% efficiency natural gas furnace, VanEE HRV system, full height basement insulation and R40 attic insulation.
Brant Star has five standard single family model homes, and three semi-detached models, consisting of one floor bungalows and raised bungalows. Every plan offers different options to the floor plans and the exterior designs and finishes. Combinations of stone, brick, stucco and stucco moldings make customizing your exterior very easy.
