When purchasing a Brant Star home, you are purchasing a homes that goes far beyond the Ontario Building Code standards for a energy efficiency and environmental. All new homes are EnerGuide for new homes tested and exceed the one-tonne challenge specs. Every new Brant Star home save 2 tonnes of greenhouse gas per year over a standard "code built" house. Standard features on single family homes include a 95% efficiency natural gas furnace, VanEE HRV system, full height basement insulation and R40 attic insulation.
Brant Star has five standard single family model homes, and three semi-detached models, consisting of one floor bungalows and raised bungalows.
