Brant Star Model: The Northridge

The Northridge plan give the street impression of a bungalow, but in fact is a raised bungalow with a sunken front Living room. The Northridge is 1275sq/ft on the main floor and can be built 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms. Enter the arched top front door and purchasers will be impressed by the sunken living room divided by 20 feet of railings and pickets, making for a great open concept design that will impress. The main floor kitchen is at the rear of the home and has a patio door leading to the rear yard finished deck.The lower levels are well suited for extra finished space with large raised bungalow windows that make for a great recroom, lower level bath room and an additional bedroom/office or den.

The Norhtridge plan comes standard with an HRV ventilation system, 95% efficiency furnace and full height basement insulation.
